Refund policy

Return period

UK Returns - You have 14 days to indicate your intent to return your goods once received and a further 14 days to return your goods to the return address listed below.

International Returns - You have 30 days to return your goods once received to the return address listed below.

Condition

Any products that you would like to return must be unworn with no stains, odours, or marks. They should be free from makeup, washing fabric scents and perfumes etc

All original tags must still be attached, we cannot accept returns if any of these have been removed.

Late Returns

    • Unfortunately, if your return is initiated outside of the 14 day period we will not be able to accept it and no refund will be given.
    • Once we have authorised your return, you must ship your items back to us immediately. Any orders that are shipped back after a considerable amount of time will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

    Exchanges

    We are not currently accepting exchanges. If you would like another size or item, you will need to place a new order and return the item/items you do not require for a refund.

    Return Instructions

    • You will receive an e-mail to confirm if your return is within the return period. Please note that we do not offer free returns.
    • Package your goods securely as they are your responsibility until they reach us. With that being said, we would recommend you tracking your return and ensuring that you get proof of postage. If you experience any issues with your chosen courier, we will not be able to resolve them on your behalf.
    • We aim to process all refunds within 5-7 working days of receipt of your return. Although, this may be longer during our busier periods, e.g. Christmas etc

    Rejected or Refused Deliveries

    Any Packages that are refused or sent back to us will incur a return shipping fee and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. For international shipments, any unpaid taxes or failed deliveries will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
